阿尔都塞《来日方长》：自传、撤案与公开作证

《来日方长》（L’Avenir dure longtemps）是路易·阿尔都塞的自传性作品，1992 年由 Stock／IMEC 在其去世后出版。它以 1980 年 11 月 16 日他扼死埃莱娜的事件为起点，试图使本人对事件和生命经历的叙述进入公共空间。参与整理出版的奥利维耶·科尔佩指出，此书的重要诉求是打破司法 non-lieu 之后的沉默：阿尔都塞未被交付重罪法庭审判，也失去了在那一场合公开陈述的机会。

Non-lieu 是司法用语，指认定没有继续追诉的理由而作出的决定；本章依语境译为“撤案／不起诉”。它不能只按组成词译成一个空间名称，也不宜同经过审判后的无罪宣告混为一谈。英语底本又用 non-place 保留“无处所”的字面回响，因此本章的“无处所”同时承载法律处境和无法定位自己的叙述意象；后者不是司法术语本身的定义。

自传中的自我陈述与后来的解释必须分开。阿尔都塞希望通过公开一切而最终获得匿名；让·阿卢什在《越入行动的新论》第二章则质疑这种愿望，并把“消失”首先联系于行动、而非仅仅归因于撤案。这是阿卢什的阅读立场，不是法院的结论，也不能作为埃莱娜本人愿望的独立证据。同章引入“第二次死亡”、巴特的“中性”和“化身占据”，属于这一后续解释的不同环节。
